In our role we will:
- Find the very best players in the market quickly and efficiently.
- Take an in-depth needs analysis profile of your opening.
- Understand the ideal fit for your position and culture.
- Identify the skill-sets, attributes and accountabilities of the candidates we present to you.
- Define what an “A” player truly is for your organization.
- Work with you to develop a strong Employer Value Proposition and Recruiting Presentation (defining why “A” players should work with you as opposed to your competitors).
- Create a search profile and plan based on your input and approval.
- Identify potential “A” player candidates.
- Thoroughly interview each candidate.
- Within our agreed upon time frame, present you with those “A” players.
Additionally, we will:
- Fully assess the candidates’ compensation, skills, accomplishments, etc, before presenting them to you.
- Brief you on candidates before each interview.
- Debrief with you after each interview.
- Address, throughout the process, any issues that may arise and that could create a challenge to the successful completion of the search assignment.
- Before the final interview, establish with the candidate a compensation level that he is willing to allow us to accept on his or her behalf.
- Address potential counter-offers with candidates throughout the process.
- Contact your new associate and you on the candidate’s first day, two weeks after the start date, and 30 days after the start date to address any concerns.
- During the on-boarding process, work with you and your new hire to resolve any concerns.
In your role, we ask that you:
- Be as flexible as possible when scheduling interviews and time to talk with us.
- Be available for the interviews that we schedule.
- Commit and adhere to the hiring process and timeline we established at the start of the search assignment.
- Keep communication open and honest at all times.
- Provide open and honest feedback at all times.
