- Debrief you after interviews, openly and honestly addressing any concerns you or the company might have.
- Before the final interview, negotiate a strong compensation and benefits package with the company so that the situation is a win-win one for you and your new company.
- Walk you through the resignation process and cover the potential counter-offer.
- After you join your new team, follow up with you on your first day, after two weeks and after 30 days.
- Work together to solve any issues throughout the process, no matter how small.
In your role, we ask that you:
- Be flexible when scheduling interviews and time to talk with us.
- Get back in touch with us within 4 hours if we leave you a voice message or send you an email.
- Have a total commitment to openness and honesty at every stage of this process.
- Bring any questions or concerns to our attention immediately.
- Think about and assess your interest level as you go through the interview process and let us know what you are thinking.
- Let us know immediately if your interest level wanes.
- Let us know if you are considering another opportunity now or during the process.
- Be prepared to provide: A list of career highlights, verification of sales production (if applicable) and/or to produce a copy of the previous year’s W2 or a current pay stub.
- Work with us to negotiate an offer that you will be willing to accept in principal before it is officially presented by the company.
